Night 31 - Darwin

There is so much to see in Darwin, much more than I first thought. The Darwin Festival is on at the moment so during the week we will try and see some art exhibitions and local music. We are here for the week.

This morning we headed for the Parap Markets which were also great. There were alot of the same market stalls that were at the Palmerston Markets but we didnt care, just another chance to eat yummy food and shop! Bailey is right into the Satay Prawn Sticks. Its his new favourite food!

The snake man couldnt convince the kids to put the snakes around their necks!

After the markets we went to vote at the local school but they turned us away saying we could only vote if we were from interstate was the Darwin Post Office in town. We went there and lined up with about 100 other Aussie tourists in the 35 degree heat.

We then had a quick look around the city and then back to the caravan park for yet another swim.
